This is an absolute OMG drop dead, stop traffic, get noticed cowl necked tank.  It has a plunging cowl drop, full front hand applied sequins and beads over black mesh and the back has a satin centre panel and mesh hem.  It has some weight due to the beadwork.  Pair with the Nu Denmark Mesh Dress/Duster or wear it on its own.  Fit is true to size.
