This is a funky sweater with a loose weave, wide body, and dropped sleeves.  It has a super soft hand, a loose unstructured turtleneck and diagonal  creamy stripes across the body and bands of stripes on the arms.  It is quite lightweight and can be worn tunic length or gathered up as in the photo.  Fit is oversized so we recommend staying true to size.
