It's a pant and a skirt; thus a skant.  This is a stunning piece on, with a full narrower pant leg underneath and a step hem wrap around skirt over the upper portion.   It has a flat elastic waist, a large cargo pocket on the right front,  and a hi lo hem.  Goes with any of the Kedziorek Tops.  Available in Acorn and Black. Fit is true.
