The rolled knit shoulder and fabulous silver buttons take this vest to a new level. It can easily be worn at work with a blouse or long sleeved top or worn open with a graphic tee under it.  It is ribbed and has a ribbed hem.  Fit is generous so if you are small busted, go down a size.
