The details on this skirt are just fabulous.  The upper front and back are lightly gathered to visually cinch in the waist and then it drops in a dramatic balloon hem.  It has a side zipper and is in a lightweight cotton blend fabric.  Dress it up or pair with a tee for a more casual look. Fit is true.
