Everything comes back in style...and it is awesome when it has a little shirred top and pleated skirt like this dress.  The pattern is on deep navy and has floral repaeats in green, orange, denim blues and creams and there are gold threads running throughout.  The fabric is lightweight and slightly sheer but the dress has a built in slip.  The straps are completely adjustable as you tie them where you want them.  We love the length of the skirt as it will take you from work to a special event. Fit is true to size.
