This ultra feminine dress is the result of a collaboration between Tribal and XIX Palms (“Nineteen Palms”)  a women’s clothing label born in Honolulu and designed on the North Shore of Oahu.  Transport yourself to the beach with this sleeveless dress cut from flowy fabric and  in vibrant tropical prints.
