Layered tunic can be worn separately to create an entirely different look.  It is dress length when worn with the black underpiece and a tunic if you decide to wear the tunic alone.  It is a light semi sheer fabric and is fitting true to size. We tried pairing the under dress with the All Meshed Up Top and it was perfect for a night out.
